Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store and use any personal data collected from customers. We take your privacy seriously and take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013. All personal information is stored securely and is not shared with any third parties.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to collecting personal information from children under 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation’s consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule. To protect children's privacy and safety online, operators of websites and online services must comply with this policy. Children under 13 are not specifically targeted by our marketing efforts.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the data Protection Act 1998.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the following rights in respect of your Personal Information that we process:

  • You can request the deletion or correction of your Personnel Information.

  • Object to the use of your Personal Information of direct marketing.

  • You may enquire whether or not we have your Personal information. (With proof of your identity).

 

By sending us an email we can assist you with the above mentioned rights. The above mentioned rights are not absolute and we may refuse to apply the above mentions rights where exceptions apply. We will also provide you with a reason as to why we can not exercise a specific right. If your personal information has been accessed by any unauthorized person, we will notify you and applicable regulator within a reasonable time frame.
