Return & Refund Policy

We advise you to inspect your product upon delivery, before discarding any packaging. You have 10 working days once you have received your order to contact us with regards to any dissatisfactions (excluding damages). Please read through the additional information listed below before initiating communication. 

TAKEALOT ORDER RETURNS

It is our goal to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the purchase you made from JKL Acoustics. You may return any goods you have purchased within 10 working days, provided the items returned are unused, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale. You will be required to provide us with your Takealot order ID.  JKL Acoustics reserves the right to refuse items that are returned without prior notice / discussion or in a condition that is deemed as unacceptable. 

If you received your product damaged from Takealot please return it to Takealot as they are potentially liable for the damage.  Takealot Return Policy

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED RETURNS

In the unlikely event that items are delivered damaged or with defects and there is no clear damage to the item from the courier company, you will be required to take photos of your items within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Photos are to be sent to email.


Upon receipt of the details, we will investigate the matter. Should it be found that the items were sent to you in the condition shown upon receipt or such damage occurred in transit, JKL Acoustics will replace the items that you have ordered. If the items are not reported as damaged / defective within 24 hours of receiving them, we will not be able to refund or exchange your order.

You will be required to return the damaged items to us, upon which a new order will be sent to you. You will not be permitted to keep the damaged items.

GENERAL RETURNS

You are entitled to cancel your order and may return any goods you have purchased within 10 working days, provided the items returned are unused, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase. Refunds are only done where a valid invoice is available and will be processed the same as the original method of payment. You will be responsible for the products until it arrives at our offices, we recommend using a reliable shipping company. If products are not returned in their original packaging we will be required to charge a 10% handling fee.

Please don’t return items to us with no explanation or prior communication. JKL Acoustics reserves the right to refuse items that are returned without prior notice / discussion or in a condition that is deemed as unacceptable. 

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

You cannot return products that have been custom made to your specific requirements unless they have been damaged in transit or there has been an error in the manufacturing process by JKL Acoustics. We will review your query and investigate the matter.

 

Should it be found that JKL Acoustics made a mistake with the specifications, we will replace the products at no additional cost.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

When you return a products to us please ensure you send it through a reliable courier service. We recommend using our courier partner, we will send you a quote and arrange for collection. You will remain responsible for the any loss or damaged during the return shipping procedure. The customer will be responsible for the shipping return fees. We will provide you with our address upon return request. 

ORDERING ERROR

If you have made an error on your quantity or colour and only realise it once you have received you products, please contact us as soon as you receive it. You will be responsible for returning the products and the shipping returns fees associated. 

INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED

If you receive a product that is different to what you have ordered, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the good via email. We will investigate what went wrong and assist you with an exchange.
